Barclays Vice President interview questions

Two rounds of face to face interviews. First one was ok but the second one was done by one of the rudest person I’ve ever come across! The process was classic behavioural based interview. All others I met in the process are fairly reasonable.

Initial face-to-face, followed by a telephone interview with hiring manager. Long winded screening process carried out by a 3rd party. Recruitment team were excellent throughout, but the onboarding process is non-existent.
