The interview included standard HR style behavioural questions, as well as technical job-related questions to test my knowledge. HR questions asked for me to describe examples and how I behaved in specific situations. They were primarily focused on how you demonstrate the comany's values of: Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Stewardship. They also focused on interpersonal skills like teamwork and leadership, and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, especially where there was a difficult / challenging message or situation. Some questions were to get a sense of my personality and how well I would fit with the team, and they tested how I respond when put on the spot. One person asked some questions on general market knowledge, like what the current price of gold is, current exchange rates and stock market indexes.
