Interview
All applications are submitted online and it's the usual application questions. They will call you for an interview with the manager who would be in charge of you. You will be asked a standard set of questions about why you want to work there and why you should be picked for the job. If the interview with the manager goes well then you will do an interview with the general manager of the store. He will ask a lot of the same questions and some questions regarding shrink and some other topics. If you do well in that interview you will be given an offer of employment. If you accept the offer you will have to do a drug test and after the results come back they will start you on training.

Interview
I applied on a Thursday. I was called back the next day where I did my phone interview. During the same phone call I was asked when I could come in for my 2nd interview. i did my face to face the following day. I was told both on the phone and during the interview, normally I would have 2 but they skipped one do to a time crunch needing people hired. I "fit the job well" however in the end it took close to two weeks because of waiting on pre-employment drug test.. losts of waiting. i gues the lab was busy. ugh!
