Apply online through www.bestbuy.com. If selected for an interview you will be personally called and an interview will be scheduled. There are 2 interviews. The first one with the assistant general manager and the second with the general manager. If you do not get called for a second interview, start looking for another job. The interview is pretty general and easy in my opinion. The only thing that might throw people off is that you will get a scenario based question that is open ended. However, they are expecting a certain type of response.
