I got interviewed on the spot through a job fair. I literally came in, talked to two of the hiring managers and next thing I know I had a new job

They primarily wanted to know how I function in the workplace and what type of work environment I prefer. The asked about my background experience and my level of familiarity with technology. The also wanted to know how comfortable I was with explaining how pieces of technology work.
