The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (West Lebanon, NH) in May 2012
Interview
Took approximately two weeks to schedule the first interview with one of the managers. Showed up 20 minutes early, waited well over an hour to hear that the interview had to be rescheduled. Another two weeks later...I finally had an interview that required unnecessarily extensive paperwork that covered knowledge about products that I wouldn't be selling. That was followed by a series of questions and an immediate job offer, but for not what was originally advertised.

Question 1
Can you think of a time when you had to work in a team to overcome an obstacle?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Clarksville, TN) in Jun 2012
Interview
I originally applied to work in computers but they decided I'd be better in Home Theater. You're pretty much guaranteed a job as long as you're presentable, enthusiastic, articulate, and tell them you're going to do a great job at whatever.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were able to successfully upsell or cross-sell a product or service.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Countryside, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had to apply online before I could interview with anyone in person. The questionnaire had 50 questions, and many would be repeated but worded a little differently. Sadly since a computer scores you I never had the chance to speak to anyone. I later learned from someone who worked there previously that in order to get an interview the questions asked on the questionnaire must be answered "Strongly Agree" or "Strongly Disagree", any other way harms your chances to get in.

Question 1
A certain question asked about how others saw my work. Specifically a superior.
