They are not interested in the level of your education and relevance of your experience - they either like how you look and talk to them or not. It is not true that they are indifferent to what you wear. That is it.

Question 1
How will you behave if feel that you are getting late for the meeting?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2015
Interview
Phone call from a recruiter who seemed more to be selling on the position than asking any serious questions. Followed by in person interview with senior manager asking basic behavioral questions. Followed by phone interview with area manager to mostly discuss sales skills and make sure I was a good cultural fit.

Question 1
Whats a time you were trying to make a sale and the customer was unsure? How did you handle this?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2015
Interview
At first I got a call and did a brief interview over the phone and followed up by e-mail.
After a week or so I was called again and offered to take another interview on site.
Once I arrived (office at Orlando) I met with one lady who tested my english skills as well as the secondary language skill (which are tricky but I passed both), then I got to shadow a current employee during a phone call she was taking.
They also took me to see the office and break room (which by the way is beautiful)
After this, I was interviewed by two more team members and they asked all of the normal interview questions.
The interview was easy but the last part was lengthy and the room was small so it was a little intimidating.
