I applied on-line trough the website booking.com. I recied e-mail in 2 weeks where we sheduled time for the phone-interview with HR-manager.After phone interview, I had video conference interview with 2 managers from Moscow and Riga.

Interview
The meeting was in a well situation hotel. They made a small presentation of "booking.com" in the beginning and left time open to questions. The booking was kind and took time to answers all question. Then come the role pay where we should act as an account manager who visit a newly build hotel and who does not work with Booking.com. The aim was to convince him to work with booking.com. This was done individually.
Then come the group activity which was done about bonuses.
