It was easy , started by phone interview, then they invited me to join the assessment day in the company site, it included a presentation, English test, the language I am applied test, then followed by personal interview with your future leader.

in the end he gave me a scenario and asked what would I do?
What are you expecting from the Team Leader?
What is the most important for you? customer satisfaction or company productivity?

I was interviewed by 2 managers that were really interested in knowing me better and took notes all the time about my answers and reactions. Also I had to retake the language tests I had made online from home. The recruiter also had a short conversation to complete some questions and details. I left the interview almost sure I would receive a positive answer from the company and they called me the day after with the job offer that would only be confirmed after the background check!

Angenehmes Klima und freundiches Assesment. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Gerne wieder.
Zuerst gab es eine kleine Vorstellungs Rund, Der weiter Ablauf wurde erklärt. nachdem sich jeder Teilnehmer vorgestellt hat und sein Lieblingsdomiil genannt hat ging es in Stufe 2, ein Online Sprach Test.
