Booking.com Customer Service Executive interview questions

Usual questions. Prepare to perform a role play and language test (English + your target language). First everybody are sitting and listening to HRs. Then a short break, then group activities, then language test and afterwards an HR takes you to 1 to 1 interview (standard questions). In the end you are asked to perform a role play (HR describes situation (e.g. you are a CSE, and HR is an unsatisfied guest who arrived to the hotel).
