Multiple choice tests in native language, English and psychology. Questions in video roll play. If you pass that then a 20 min. phone interview. If you pass that then a 3 and a half h assessment day with company info, same kind of language tests. A group test to see if you are a leader alpha, underdog or in between. In my case we should make a list of equipment we should use on the moon. The group should agree with the prioritys on the list. If you passed that you get interviewed by 2 team leaders who might only have got a year of experience in HR. I advice you not to answer in details. Answer directly as if you were writing a tweet. Then a roll play situation. I advice you to be friendly but take control over the situation even though you will be working in a service department.

I've got an email to shcedule a phone interview. It was quite a relaxed talk, about 15 minutes. I answered the questions that were given during the phone interview and afterwards got brief description of what will happen next.
