I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booking.com in Nov 2019
Interview
The interviewer from Berlin did not want to interview me, as German was not my mother tongue. I wonder why Booking.com decided to interview me then, since it was already written in my resume that German is not my mother tongue. I think that from an HR point of view, this was quite disrespectful and not very professional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com (Wilna) in Feb 2019
Interview
Overall very good experience. We were brought as a group to a room where the recruiter gave information about the company and all the benefits and the role. We were paired in two, then we had to find out about the other person and introduce them to the group, after a short introduction we were given a tour in the company and we had to take an English language test which was not very difficult. Then we were called by one to the other room to answer some basic questions about your experience and skills and then there was a given task to go and sit by the phone, answer the call and solve the customer's issue over the phone. People were friendly and made you feel comfortable.
