He recommended me to another of his colleagues for another position, she never called me. Today I contacted N again for a new position I am interested in and it's been two weeks without an answer again... I was recommended by an internal employee, I have exactly the same profile as her, and the recruiter still found fault with my experience.... Everything is done in haste, no follow-up, no consideration of the candidate experience. I've had a lot of opinions in this direction in my HR network, recruitment is a disaster at Booking. I've never seen this before, it's really a disaster.
