Online, Phone, 1 on 1. Waste of time and effort. The selection process is so immature and would not recommend applying. Nothing good about the office apart from free snacks. Join if you want to work for like 1-2 months and leave. No career progression from what I have heard.

Online test, Phone interview and Assessment day.
I was invited in Cambridge office for an assessment. The recruiter was the most unprofessional person I never met in my life.
The first step is the English test and a second language, in ma case Italian. We were about 12 people. In the office where missing computers so I had to wait others to finish. It was very distracting and I did not have the same time like others candidates. The recruiter did not know who was doing what and asking questions to understand what was going on and who finished the test. Result I did not pass the English test because I was rush to finish it. While other people that started first took all their time. Remember people do not go away from companies but from bad management. Now I do understand why they do this big campaign to recruit people.

Interview
The whole interview consists of multiple parts.
1. language test - English and if you select some other language as well, you would do a language test from your selected language and "interview" over the phone in this language
2. test of your team work skills - people are divided in teams and each team gets a question, we got how many basketballs you could fit in the room that we were in. the answer did not matter.
3. role play on phone - you have to sit at a dest and answer a phone and try to solve their accommodation issue
