First did the online assessment, takes 1 hour more less, but you can stop it at any time if you need to finish later. Languages, typing and customer service skills. If you pass that, they call you for an
phone interview after about 3 weeks in my case. Next is the assessment day. Talk about the company, role play with an angry customer and interview with 2 managers. Very relaxed and friendly

Tell me a pice of advise you found useful in the last 6 months ?
After an online test, I received a call and got invited to their office for an assessment centre. We got a presentation and did a language test. All the people that passed (only one person didn't) they wanted to see how good our telephone skills are. I got a couple of minutes time to read through all the information of the "customer" and then they called me. I did not very well (it was my very first interview and I was very nervous). After that, I had an interview with two managers where they asked basic questions.

Interview
The interview was very comfortable, the recruiter was super dynamic, and the interview even though was long went smoothly. They asked several questions about my previous experiences, and general ones, they also at the end made me translate two texts, one from English to my native language, and vice versa
