I had a 30 minute phone interview and then exchanged emails for further questions. The employee that I spoke with was very helpful and honest about the job, benefits, and salary. Questions were basic about past experience, familiarity with customer service and the foreign language required.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied on line and had a first interview by phone. I was invited for an assessment day with other candidates few days days later.
This assessment consisted of a presentation of the company followed by two role plays: one face to face with interviewers and one with other candidates.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and recruiters looked very happy to work for the company.
By the way I think the process is not focused on finding the person who fits better for the role: too many people in a short time. You don't have the time to show your abilities and let them understand why you would be good for the role.
They told us we would receive a feedback few days later in any case, but this never happened.
