J'ai été contactée par mail une semaine après ma candidature en ligne. Nous avons convenu d'un premier entretien avec l'équipe de recrutement quelques jours après. Cela s'est très bien déroulé, très chaleureux et sans question piège, la RH cherche juste à en savoir plus sur votre situation actuelle, mais il n'y a aucun piège. A la fin de la conversation téléphonique, nous avons convenu d'un autre rendez-vous téléphonique avec d'autres product owner travaillant déjà chez Booking. Le deuxième entretien est beaucoup plus technique, et pas évident en anglais au téléphone mais là encore, il n'y a aucune question piège. L'entretien vise à comprendre si vous serez en mesure d'évoluer chez Booking. On vous pose des questions sur votre parcours, ce que vous avez mis en place, comment avez vous mesuré votre succès, et quels axes d'amélioration vous pourriez proposer si vous occupiez le poste demain.
