First I got a call where asked some general questions and asked me to do a language test. 1-2 weeks after the test I got a call and they wished to do Skype interview with me, which unfortunately didn't happen as they changed their minds and decided not to open the position.

I applied for the post online. A week later, a HR person contacted me to arrange for a written test. I passed it. Then HR told me to prepare for the interview by coming up with innovation ideas for the site's localization in traditional Chinese. I prepared a small presentation and sent it to HR to ask her to forward to hiring managers. Three hours before the interview, she told me she made a mistake in the email. I should make suggestions to the simplified Chinese site...Anyway, I managed to send a new version. In the interview, two senior language specialists, one face-to-face and the other via Internet, asked a series questions based on my resume. They were very nice and professional. But I didn't have a chance to talk about my presentation. The questions were very basic. Introduction. Why booking? Why translation? Why a team player? ...

Interview
A recruiter called me and made an initial over the phone interview. She was friendly, professional and not discouraged by the problems with phone connection. She asked why I was applying and why I am a good candidate for the position. Then I was invited for a qualification test to check my skills.
