Booking.com Product Owner interview questions

The process has three steps: First is a phone call from HR to understand if there is a basic match. Then, an online interview with case-study I had to prepare. The final step is to be interviewed at the HQ in Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, you will see HR, and two sessions of product & Data science teams. (If the position have something with AI) Generally, it was very professional procedures with constantly excellent feedbacks from HR. The position was an "AI data owner" so I asked about AI and data science in general ( I talked about my experience, that was more than enough. they didn't ask me about statistics and stuff like that ). The hardest part for me was the product management side: I had to give examples about methodologies I used in the past, challenges I had and how I prioritized features. Somehow, I failed to find good examples. ( I put more much more effort to prepare to the DS domain that to the product. it was a terrible mastake) Sadly, I didn't get the job. :-( Anyway, Booking looks like a great company!
