I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group
Interview
The first interview is a formality, to introduce the role and understand how and where you would fit in at BCG. The next is more of an HR interview, salary requirements, expectations and the like. The next three all happen within an hour and they’re all about who you are as a professional and an individual. Best interviews I’ve ever done.

I recently given the interview for BCG for Delhi Office. First round was technical Round where you have to answer few question in 1.5 Hrs. HR won't tell you anything in any which ways. 2nd Round OHh my God you will see a 37 candidates in one meeting then you will ask yourself. why am I here .the most brainless interview I have given. they will give you an extempore and the most craziest thing they will do is they will ask all replies in alphabetical order and not this thing the questions they will give you during 1st technical round. would be related to calendar management but during 2nd round they want a skill set of customer care executive . whyyyy you HRs are doing this to us .. no matter how decade of knowledge or experience you have as an Administrative assistant .if you cannot speak you lose .. I won't recommend anyone to join BCG.. Baseless scrutiny...........

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Boston, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
I applied online for the Boston office and was reached out to one day later. We had an initial phone screening, then another interview with the team hiring manager, and finally two interviews back-to-back with 4 members of the team. The time between me submitting an application and when I had my last interview was a week. I heard back 2 weeks later that I was rejected.
Overall it was a very positive experience. They were clear to communicate what I should expect with the interviews, and they were great at explaining the position. It seems like they had a wonderful team dynamic when speaking with them.
