Pretty rigorous with multiple rounds:
- phone interview with recruiter and they usually tell you the compensation and benefits here to see if you are a good match
- virtual interview with a lead on the team and a team member
- final interview with team leadership

Interview
The process consisted of a phone interview as well as two virtual interviews with different members of the team. The interviews were scheduled back to back and lasted no longer than 30 mins each.

Research, research, research. BCG has a lot of great resources for you to understand why you want to be a part of the company.
It was an interview process. There were four separate rounds of interviews, two to three separate interviewers each round. I had two virtual interviews and two in person (in 2019).
