Boston Consulting Group Inte interview questions

I was at the Munich Office. We had to do a computer test first, then two cases, one in English one in German. I heard back in the afternoon. The computer test was rather difficult to solve in 20 min. It is impossible to answer all questions thus I would recommend skipping through the slides. The cases were pretty straight forward. The personal fit part had typical questions referring to 1) a situation in which you proofed leadership 2) a conflict that you solved and what did you conclude from that and 3) entrepreneurial drive, the ability to inspire others
