Boston Consulting Group Inte interview questions

Two very adversarial interviews, both had motivational, competency elements and a case study. I did not expect it as I was offered a mock interview organised by the BCG office, which was completely different. Was caught off guard by the hostility from the interviewers but did my best to continue on.

After ability tests in head office - Phone interview - asking about my motivations, skills specific consultancy questions. Not very difficult, however skills specific questions quite hard. I was not offered the position after the phone interview.
