British Airways interview questions

I received an email with a link for a 20 minutes interview - originally I thought this was with the recruiter and I prepared some questions regarding salary and benefits. The interview then was with the hiring manager and the senior manager and only lasted 20 minutes, while it took me almost 10-15 minutes to go through my experience and then they cut me off after 20 minutes and said they will come back to me. Since then I heard nothing - it's been over a month and I submitted a form to HR to get some information as I also had no chance to ask any questions. Someone from HR apparently forwarded my email to the relevant recruiter but still, no answer on it. I understand that I can't expect an answer for an application but not getting anything after having an interview is a new level, I never experienced with another company especially after trying to follow up, especially as rejection emails are drafted and quickly sent.
