Same as what everyone is saying. My only contribution is that it’s pot luck. I believe they are already eyeing qualified cabin crew either past BA or from another airline. Then anyone after that is just pot luck. You will see what I mean on the day. It’s basically like cattle stock and they try to be compassionate but you can tell they are just trying to sift through the masses. Prepare but don’t hold your hopes up too high.

It was quite long, there were a lot of people and none really knew what was going on. The interviewers were nice, though. Some parts of the interview were eliminatory and you were sent home if not successful.

Assessment day: we have an initial test with 5 easy questions and after that we have 5 minutes to prepare 2 role plays. You met 2 different recruiter for each one where you have 5 minutes for each role. After that you have an interview 1-1 for around 20 minutes and an the end of the interview you need to explain to the recruiter a grafic with BA targets. If you pass all those step, next one is your a Spanish test or language you applied for
