I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at British Airways (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process was smooth and they worked around my schedule to be able to meet. I received an offer the same day as my interview. Overall I cannot complain about the interview process as a whole.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Around 30 people had turned up in the morning, where they checked us in and we gave all the documents to the reception staff to keep for the day. Then we got split into groups where we went for height and reach tests which you are told about when applying. They then take you into a presentation where they explain the day in brief and give a company presentation. Then you get split up again and groups of 6 go into separate rooms where you are given a group task to complete in half an hour - it doesn't matter if you don't complete it within the time limit. Then you are given a 1 to 1 role play with an interviewer where they assess your customer service skills. After a lunch period, they come in and announce who has got through to the interview stage and who hasn't, there was about 6 people who had got to that stage and then they sent home the rest of the applicants.
