Interview
You'll get invited to an assessment day if you get through the initial online application.
The assessment starts off with a presentation about the company and the job.
Next is a 5 minute maths test. Super easy, it's all about adding up time. Eg if it is 15:37 now, and a flight is due to depart in 48 minutes, what time will it depart. And I think you get a calculator too.
After that is a 1-1 interview where you are provided with some scenarios, and are asked questions on how you would react to it/deal with it.
Then another 1-1 interview which is more competency based.
Tip: Be on time to the assessment. Take public transport as parking/traffic can be a bit of a nightmare. And make sure to mingle and be social. They don't just judge you in the interviews, they also watch how you interact with others.
