British Airways interview questions

Very straight forward when have you helped a customer? When have you dealt with a difficult customer? When have you solved a problem? When have you made a work based decision? When have you given feedback?

it was a good experience however the communications between me and the employer could have been much better and easier. I would apply again if this changes. The management there seemed good and would like to experience it again if i have the chance.
