I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
3 questions not timed for video interview and can be rerecorded.
Assessment day:
1. Group task with 10 minutes to read a document then discuss. Also given more info after 5 minutes, important to take note of this.
2. Presentation on BA's new investments, have to argue which is better and do a role play.
3. Interview - about 60 minutes long with BA employees, they were very kind. They ask everyone the same set of questions and they were all ones you could have predicted about BA and your competencies. They don't have your cv for this.
Only annoying thing was I never received feedback from the assessment day. Probably due to the timing of COVID.

Interview
(NOTE: This interview was done prior to the Covid-19 situation developing)
I submitted my CV alongside completing online aptitude tests, which comprised pattern recognition and data analysis tests, amongst other things. There was then a video assessment asking questions along the lines of "What challenges to do you think British Airways faces today?", etc.
I was then invited to an in-person assesment at British Airways HQ, which comprised two interviews. The first was a data-analysis style interview, in which I was given a data-pack and and hour of prep time, before presenting to a mock board of managers. The second was an interview about me, my background, etc.

Interview
It was an online assessment centre, loads of math tasks to complete in a short time period even though I didn't apply for a job in finance. I found them quite difficult. I would say practise corporate finance-related questions before
