The process took 4 days. I interviewed at British Airways in Jan 2019
Interview
The assessment day was just as people have said. There were three sections. One was a role play, the other was a group exercise. If you succeed then you get interviewed. After that if you are accepted you get sent an email confirming your job offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (Manchester, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Such a positive experience. Very welcoming environment, super friendly staff which make the interview a lot less nervous. I could tell they value their employees a lot seeing how much training there was and they way they spoke to their employees and the candidates for the interview. The interview process was half a half group actives and individual. For the group actives we'd have to work on a situation and we'd have to work together to think of a solution. Then for the individual section we did a test of working out holiday prices and writing emails to customers, then we'd have a fake customer call with one of the employees then finally we had a speed dating interview process individually for 4 minutes.
