Via video conference, the video conference app is Microsoft Teams. A panel of three, Contact Centre Manager, Contact Centre Supervisor, and an HR Recruiter. Competency-based interview, the duration is 45 minutes.

It was online via Microsoft Teams. Panel consisted of two interviewers. Male and female. It took not more than twenty minutes. Their videos were off but mine was compulsorily on.

Question 1
What experiences or qualities make me fit for an invigilator role?
Very structured approach which focused on the behavioural competencies of the British Council framework. After an application CV, the interview was quite long and structured. They responded very soon and did not negotiate on salary.
