I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capita in Feb 2016
Interview
I first received a phone call to discuss the role and learn more about the company. I then arranged a time for a telephone interview.
The telephone interview was fairly easy. First some questions on work eligibility and then questions on my previous role. I was then asked 3 competency questions.
I passed the telephone interview, I was told at the end of the conversation which lasted approx 20 mins. The next stage is an assessment day.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Capita (Leeds, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Well I applied online, got an email asking me to send them a day and time in which we can have a phone interview. They then called me and got my details and asked me a few questions such as What skills do you have? What makes god customer service? How to deal with an angry customer? Why work at Capita?
Then went in for interview, I had a group assessment (we were being watched on how well we communicated), then a typing test (had to listen to a fake phone call and type down there personal information-graded on how many mistakes we made and time). Then we did a numeracy and literacy test, and then finally did a one-to-one interview. This process took about under 2 hours. I just had this interview today so I'm still waiting for a reply!
