The interview was quite easy , basic questions which requires to given example of specific situation how you will handle a vulnerable customer, qualities of a customer service advisor. Time management, multitasking based questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2022
Interview
By video call. It was less than 30 minutes. Nothing so complicated. Very accurate of what I found through Glassdoor. It was around 10 questions and 7 was the same.

Long winded for a role that was entry level. It was fairly easy but lots of unnecessary steps and took so long. Interviewers are hit and miss, some friendly, some a bit rude.
