Capita Customer Service interview questions

The interview was meant to be 30 minutes long but if you answer one question wrong the interview is immediately finished. I felt like questions kept being repeated in different wording so you had to come up with multiple answers for the same questions basically.

I was referred by a friend and applied through email. Then I received a phone call followed by a video interview. Very little communication between the two interviewers. They didn't know what job I was interviewing for.
