Applied for the position 28 days ago. My application is still showing "in progress."
It is not the easy, efficient process I thought it would be. Received no contact whatsoever from Capita.
Contacted Capita for feedback and received nothing in return.
Applied for a second similar position, which was rejected almost immediately. I'm not sure what to make of the company or the process. They appear to be very impersonal and unprofessional.

Unexpected call and I was asked interview questions without giving any time to prepare. The interviewer did not seem competent enough to be in that position. She did not even say at the beginning of the call that I would be asked interview questions but asked at the end anyway.
