Capita interview questions

Simply met in the office, had a chat, discussed my options and what I wanted to get out of the job. then got offered the job.I was told that they would find me as much work as I wanted to do. I have nothing more to say, it was a long time ago and not that memorable. I have to keep writing to reach the word limit.

Went through a recruitment agency. Very quick turnaround from application to interview to offer. Two interviews - first with hiring manager and member of the potential team. Second with hiring manager, department manager and another member of the team. Found the interview to be in depth, a lot of questions like "5 year plan", strengths/weaknesses, why I want the specific job and why I want to join Capita.
