Capita interview questions

I applied online, Got a text to call them and arrange a telephone interview. Passed the telephone interview. It was straight forward. Questions like - why do you want to work for capita and what do you know ( I didnt know however he explained to me) Onsite assessment centre was easy. So there was only three of us. Group task was to read through this sheet of 20 items then as a group we have to pick 7 and come to a agreement as the scenario was that a plane crashes and what would you take . Then the there was a it test which was easy. all you need to do is listen to a call and type Then a English test which was really easy. Need to know your spelling to pass Then a 30min interview.

30 mins to an hour telephone interview with head of development followed by a face-to-face interview with two people. First interview focused on understanding motivations for applying, as well as past experiences. Second interview involved competency questions as well as some technical questions.
