Capita interview questions

I applied online, got a call after a couple of day to book a telephone interview which i passed..On the onsite assesement we only had a group assesment in which we were give information on animal and we had to convince everybody in the group to get the largest share of donation of 2 million pounds. This was just to see your team work skills, i would advice you to speak louder and try to convince.. I was told on site that i was succesful. So far it was an easy interview and i had a lovely experience
