I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capita (London, England) in Jan 2012
Interview
There was no interview for interpreters, only filling out a profile on line and uploading qualification not that any weight was given to qualification because more important was to pay very little to many people to keep unemployment rate down.

Question 1
there was no interview nor any question. The whole process was a cunning practice to make Gavin Wheeldon richer and raise the share prices of Capita using the £350M they secured from the ministry of justice at the expense of cutting interpreters pay to a pea nut.

Interview was scheduled relatively quickly. Interviewer was pleasant and engaging. Interview lasted approximately one hour and was a mixture of technical and competency questions. They explained the role and the structure of the team as well as providing some additional background on the company. Interview was on a one to one basis. Second round was with same interviewer plus one additional individual from the business.
