Was pretty straight forward.
Applied online then phone interview and now assesment centre.
Questions were competency based but researching the company online through their website really helped.
I found some questions a bit hard but not crazy.
The lady on the phone was neutral, she also typed my response so be sure to speak clearly and please do not rush.

Interview
I first received a phone call to discuss the role and learn more about the company. I then arranged a time for a telephone interview.
The telephone interview was fairly easy. First some questions on work eligibility and then questions on my previous role. I was then asked 3 competency questions.
I passed the telephone interview, I was told at the end of the conversation which lasted approx 20 mins. The next stage is an assessment day.

Interview
I went through employee referral. There were four round. 2 Aptitude round one HR and final round was operations round. First they call 5-6 candidates in HR room ask to tell you about yourself if communication skill is not good they ask you to go then English aptitude once you clear that then Finance aptitude after clearing finance aptitude HR round after that they call you next day for operations round.
In HR round they ask you about yourself, NAV,Mutual fund,journal entries etc
