I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capita (Mumbai) in Mar 2016
Interview
i applied at capita, mumbai(vikhroli). It was a typical bpo interview no technical skills needed. first there was hr round who checks about your qualification and basic info, as your expected salary. Then there is a english test there are 50 questions all are mcq type questions which has synonyms, passage, correcting word, punctuation etc. if you clear that too then you will be given some topics to write an essay on. after clearing that there is a face to face round with operations person who ask about yourself, hobbies and give some topics to talk on for 5mins just to check your english communication skills. thats it if you clear that stage then you will be called next day for documentation.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capita (Kraków) in Sep 2013
Interview
I sent in my resume a week later I got a phone call asking to come in. The interview process was very easy, as long as you had a positive attitude they would hire you. Just to prepare remember to go and look at the history of the company. Depending on the position it might be a bit harder. When it comes to an accounting position you would need to know basic accounting terminology. When it comes to benefits we would get a 50 PLN per month to a store of our choosing or a membership to the gym.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capita in Apr 2012
Interview
Single interview. Very relaxed process. The odd challenging question but clearly it was about whether or not you would fit into the culture and also for you to see if Capita is right for you. Focus was on how I dealt with certain issues to figure out mgmt style and if I was an open type of person. Felt very welcomed in the whole process. Given opportunity to ask question and find out lots about the organisation and expectations of me.
