Capita interview questions

2 rounds online, in person presentation, background checks. Questions aligned to the job description, essential criteria but also based on personal values and attributes. Presentation was on cost reduction, efficiencies and auditing.

Initial call was a prescreening, basic questions about my expertise and if my experience aligns with the role. First interview was testing my fundamental knowledge of data science concepts and BI concepts. 24 hour assessment. Presenting the assessment in the 3rd round. I was told I'd present an executive slide deck based on the instructions, but when the interview came I was cut off mid presenting my findings and I asked to be given time to finish the presentation and then I'd answer questions at the end, but they kept interrupting me and that threw me off.
