got a phone call from recruiter ask some basic questions then 1:1 interview with the branch manager. overall the process is very easy and fast. got the offer on the same day after the interview

I applied online and was called in for an interview with both the branch manager and the assistant branch manager. I was asked questions about my customer service background and my desires to grow within the company and then informed that they only had one part-time position to be filled. The interview lasted about 30 minutes to 1 hour and I was offered the job about a month later by a recruiter.
