I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
After passing a basic resume screen I was asked to take an assessment test that would gauge my critical thinking and math skills. Critical thinking isn't to difficult, however, be prepared to quickly dig through small data sets for the Math section as the test is timed.
I was then offered a second round 30 minute phone interview that consisted of a case study. The questions were pretty basic and focused on how Capital One can reach new clients.

Question 1
After you offer the methods to reach new customers, the interviewer will give you different bits of data and you will be asked to calculate a final number of new customers that will sign up with CapOne.
I applied to be a business analyst, I had a first round interview. I prepared for it by reading case in point and asking friends that have had case interviews before. I got a credit card case about how to increase their high income costumers. The interview was amazing he helped me keep calm and was very open to me asking me questions about anything i as unsure of. It was a fairly easy case, just make sure to ask question if you are unsure and let the interviewer guide you in the right direction. At the end of the interview he reassured me that I did better than I thought which was very comforting. All the representative where extremely nice, offered me so much help, and seemed to really like to work there. Then i did the online assessment which I did not pass. I got a perfect score on the practice tests but did not do well in the online assessment. I took it too lightly, do not get over confident and be careful with the time limit.
