I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Arlington, VA) in Aug 2022
Interview
I first made it through the screening process and had a phone call with a recruiter, who set me up with an interview. My interview went well. It was a case interview and then a couple of behavioral questions. Then, I progressed to the final interview, where I went through two interviews, and was scheduled for a third. However, the third interviewer didn't appear, and I had to wait two more weeks to have my final interview. This interviewer gave me an extraordinarily hard case, far more difficult than the first three, and offered me little to no feedback. Then, after another two weeks of waiting, I was rejected with no feedback.
