Capital One Business Analyst interview questions

2 case interviews and 1 product interview. Cases were pretty straightforward. Product interview was a little harder but not too bad. Capital One provides enough prep to do fine on the product and case interviews.

The next round included a case interview centered on business problem solving, data analysis, and structured thinking. I was asked to interpret data, define metrics, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions. There was also a strong focus on communication, stakeholder management, and how I translate requirements into measurable outcomes.
