I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX)
Interview
Very professional, beautiful building, nice and helpful employees. I was totally sold on the company and looking forward to working there. They were nice enough to call me and let me know as soon as they found out that I did not make the cut. I've never been turned down a customer service job before, so they are very competitive. I would interview there again, and do a few things differently if it ever came to that, but all in all, great company, would have been happy to work there, be on your A game.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capital One (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
Multiple sessions of Group interviews if you make it through those then you get a one on one interview with a hiring manager then they tell you to wait for a phone call back or an email
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Online application submission followed by mock call center assessment. Got an email for a phone interview invitation. Day came and no one called. Waited about 20 minutes and still nothing. Couple of days later, got a rejection email stating that they are no longer hiring for the position due to business needs. That was odd considering they re-posted the position on Indeed and their website.
I think they only want to hire people that don't really have a future. It saves their Talent Acquisition department the trouble from turn over rates.
