Capital One Cudtomer Service Representative interview questions

I was contacted the very same day that I filled out the application online. They called me on the phone that evening to begin a phone screening. The guy on the phone asked general questions about my past experience. The interview was a bit casual and conversational. He set up the interview that day. The next week I had the interview which was short and friendly. I received a call from HR the day after the interview who asked which schedule I would like to work and gave me the information regarding training.
