I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
I applied back in January 2019, Recruiter reached out in August for DS role explaining why I wasn't selected back in Jan'19, which is good to know.
1. HR round - 30 mins
2. Technical Phone Screen - 1 hour
3. Data Challenge
4. Onsite
If you are well prepared, easily crackable (telephonic technical screen round). The recruiter, interview coordinator, and Interviewer were very helpful, humble and great attitude.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One in Jun 2019
Interview
phone interview. Ask me to introduce my background and them ask me technical questions, then ask me to ask questions. The technique question is series of questions surrounding a dataset, I feel they want to evaluate how candidates evaluate problems and how they use Machine Learning to handle problems.
