Capital One interview questions

There was a campus first round interview, which was pretty simple, followed by an on-campus interview session. In the 2nd round, they gave us 2 case studies and 1 behavioral interview. Behavioral was pretty straightforward, but the case studies were much more math-intensive. They called me about half a week afterwards to tell me that I did not get it.

I first was interviewed on my school campus for a behavior interview. The process was smooth and the interviewer was very friendly. I was then called to their Plano campus and flew (all expenses covered) in to do an all day interview that consisted of a Case, Job-fit and another behavior interview. Each one was done by a different person, equally friendly. Never during the interviews did I feel nervous or pressured. The next day I got a call saying I was hired. Excellent process.
